Blowing things up

So maybe it's because I'm a guy, or maybe it's my pyrotechnics (and maybe a little pyromania) background, but there is nothing like watching a building getting blown up.

The Burlington Industries headquarters building was destroyed yesterday. What does it say about a structure that cost millions of dollars to build, yet only last 34 years?

Anyone know what they are planning to build there?
